Christopher Tipper, Founder of Hunter Benefits Consulting Group, Inc.

With almost two decades of experience in qualified and non-qualified plan consulting and administration, Christopher has performed a multitude of services in the benefits industry. His experience includes plan and document design, administration, compliance verification and testing, trust reconciliation, preparation of the Form 5500, as well as managing daily valuation departments. His familiarity with plans provided him the opportunity to work for a national benefit software vendor as a product developer and consultant to benefit providers. As a consultant and advisor, he also understands the importance of educating employers and human resource personnel in the benefits that they are providing. The addition of a second office in Denver, Colorado has enabled him to focus even more on being a better leader, consultant and trainer.
